Returns and Exchanges
Conditions for returns for exchange on NEW parts/accessories/apparel:
1. You must obtain a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER by calling or e-mailing customer service at returns@ozpowersports.com before returning an item.
2. All pre-authorized returns for exchange must be received NO LATER THAN 30 DAYS from the original PURCHASE date.
3. There is no charge for exchange on an item if the incorrect size was sent (if what was sent differs from what the customer ordered). We will exchange customer orders that do not fit, if the customer requests the same item in a different size. Customer pays all shipping charges. If the return is for another reason, and it is authorized, Oz Powersports shall charge a 25% restock fee for returned items.
4. DON'T THROW ANYTHING AWAY!!! Returned items must be in NEW, UNDAMAGED and COMPLETE condition and must include all product tags, instructions, item packaging (box, bag, carton, etc.) and original packing materials (bubble wrap, foam peanuts, etc.). Used or dirty items cannot be accepted. If you wear it or use it, it is yours to keep.
5. All items should be packed carefully and securely. If the original box was damaged you may have to purchase another box to return it in. We recommend our customers purchase shipping insurance to cover the full purchase price of the items, along with obtaining a tracking number to ensure your item can be traced if it is lost. We are not responsible for packages lost during return shipping.
5. Customer pays all return shipping charges. Include a copy of your invoice with all returns, along with detailed instructions for return/exchange.
6. E-mail the tracking number to returns@ozpowersports.com after you ship the package.
7. Oz Powersports reserves the right to refuse exchanges/returns if the product(s) are not received within 30 days of original purchase or are not in like new, saleable condition with all packaging and tags. Remember, we need to sell it to someone else like you!
Conditions for returns for exchange on USED parts:
1. There are NO returns or refunds on used parts or special orders; exchange or in-store credit only for authorized transactions. This also applies to new/used electrical parts.
2. All pre-authorized returns for exchange must be received NO LATER THAN 10 DAYS from the original PURCHASE date.
3. If the item you received is the incorrect part or does not work, we will gladly exchange that item for the correct part or for a part that is working properly; or you may apply the purchase amount of your item toward another in-stock item. If a replacement item cannot be found in our stock or from another salvage yard, we will refund the amount of the purchase at that time, less shipping costs (re-stock fee shall not apply in this instance).
4. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. You must obtain a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER by calling or e-mailing customer service at returns@ozpowersports.com before returning an item.
5. All pre-authorized returns are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee. The re-stock fee and shipping/handling fees will be deducted from the original amount billed, and the remaining balance will be credited to the original credit card or by check, depending on the method of payment.
6. If you received an incorrect item no extra charges will be incurred. We will replace the incorrect item and pay the additional shipping charge, once the original item has been returned to the shop (a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER is required).
7. Incorrect customer orders can be exchanged for any other item without paying the re-stocking fee (PLEASE NOTE: a re-stocking fee will be applied to special order items). The customer will be responsible for paying the shipping to return the original item, and for the additional shipping and handling charges to re-ship the corrected item. The replacement item must be at least 75% of the value of the original item.
8. It is advised that you ship returns via prepaid and insured UPS or U.S. mail. Returned items must be in UNDAMAGED and COMPLETE condition as received from Oz Powersports, and must include all product tags, instructions, item packaging (box, bag, carton, etc.) and original packing materials (bubble wrap, foam peanuts, etc.). We are not responsible for packages lost during return shipping.
9. Customer pays all return shipping charges. Include a copy of your invoice with all returns, along with detailed instructions for return/exchange.
10. E-mail the tracking number to returns@ozpowersports.com after you ship the package.
11. Oz Powersports reserves the right to refuse exchanges/returns if the product(s) are not received within 10 days of original purchase or are not in the original condition as shipped by Oz Powersports with all packaging and any tags. Remember, we need to sell it to someone else like you!
